Perspectives on Venture Capital

One of YES’s largest on-campus events, “Perspectives on Venture Capital” (POVC) is an annual panel discussion made up of entrepreneurs and venture capitalists as well as a reception before and after with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. POVC is sponsored by Finn Dixon & Herling and Elm Street Ventures and organized in conjunction with the Yale School of Management’s Entrepreneurship Club.

What: Perspectives on Venture Capital: Secrets of the Pitch

Where: GM Room, School of Management, 55 Hillhouse Avenue

Panelists will discuss the elements of an effective pitch from both the entrepreneur and VC perspectives as well as share their experience starting ventures and raising funds. Moderated by Rob Bettigole, Managing Partner, Elm Street Ventures. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served. Business attire required.
