ElmTalent Group& Instant Impact: New Haven Based Internships
Two New Haven-based startups are searching for Yale students to work with with them. The first is Elm Talent Group, where the opportunity would involve strategy and marketing for a metrics-based recruiting firm. The second is Instant Impact, a company that is looking to connect recent college grads from top schools with entrepreneurial opportunities. It’s originally a company from the UK which started expanding on the East Coast within the last month or so. They are looking for all kinds of applicants, regardless of major. Instant Impact is especially interested in candidates who might want to stay involved throughout their Yale career. It’s a great opportunity to do really cool work and get exposure to working at a startup while getting paid, so please contact me, [email protected], if you’d like to apply or would like more information.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded freshman or sophomore at Yale who will play an integral role in building our company, Endorse.me, from the ground up, serving as the liaison for Silicon Valley recruiting efforts at Yale.
Endorse.me (http://endorse.me/jobseekers), is permanently changing the way that hiring decisions are made by connecting college students with top employers through private endorsements that come from their professors, past employers, and peers. Long-term, we will become the gold standard of and the central hub for all private, professional recommendations.
We are funded, have significant traction with large paying clients, and consist of only two full-time employees, the founders, who you will work with directly. - - Assume as much responsibility as you can take on. There are no limits whatsoever to how much responsibility you can have within our company if you are doing a great job growing it.
- - Become an equity partner of the company if you go above and beyond in helping to grow the company.
If you are interested in this opportunity with our company, please email us a resume at [email protected] with the subject line “Yale Silicon Valley Liaison” and tell us why we should hire you.
